反对 Richmond Hill KDA计划的下一步措施：
相信很多邻居已经看到了Richmond Hill- Key Development Plan （KDA） 计划的详细介绍和来龙去脉，本文不在重述，我们列一下所遇到的困难和下一步计划，希望大家尽己所能，为这个城市的发展和未来，做自己能尽的一份力！
困难：
1 政府已经通过的此项动议。如想推翻此动议，必须等到六个月后，即10月份；必须保证2/3的议员反对此动议。据现在的情形，此方式难道很大。
2 五月21 Local Planning Appeal Tribunal( LPAT）上午9时，会开个听证会，届时市府1名律师，建筑商7名律师，我们邻居Saad 的一名私人律师会出庭。
3 七月份底，LPAT开庭审议KDA的诉讼。如没有异议，此项动议会被执行，再没有机会申诉。
措施
1 发动广大市民，积极给市政府写信，提出反对意见，请看样本如下；
2 和市政府有关部门负责人进行沟通，看看有无取消此项动议的可能；
3 联系省府， MPP，看看省府方面，有无其他渠道和市府沟通，达成协议；
4 联系媒体，报导此项动议的原因后果；
5 提出法律公诉，控告政府违规，但需要大量的资金（$50,000- $200,000）。
最后还有一条途径，目前有一位居民在LPAT的庭审中有附和发言权，但不能自己提出议题。因此如果能够争取到独立发言权，至少能够把社区居民的心声反映到法庭。这样法官判决时应该或多或少考虑一下居民的利益。但这必须有大量家庭联名支持法庭才有可能考虑。
可能的结果：
1 市府让步，修改或取消动议；
2 市府不让步，进入法律程序。结果视居民在法庭的表现，我们都是个人行为，如果没有资金支持和专业人士介入，结果不容乐观。但法庭的判决不会比Tom动议更差。这个KDA的密度已经加拿大第一，不可能再加了，因此我们现在已经没有什么可失去的了。我们抗争只会使结果超我们有力的方向发展。
我们要一步一步执行，尽最大的努力！

As a proud resident of Richmond Hill, we care very much about the future development of the town and our Bernard neighborhood community.
Based on the facts brought to our attention, Tom Muench Brought a more ridicules motion than what we were fighting against the Bernard KDA secondary plan in 2017。
With the trust from people who elected this term Councilors and Mayor, I’m asking you act with your integrity and put the value of Richmond Hill residents at first priority and stop this irrational motion.
